1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Ratbli mobile application and website (together, the “Platform”), operated by AL-TREIQ AL-MUTAGUL (One Partner - Holding), trading as Ratbli (“Ratbli”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you (“you”, “the User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1.3 You must actively accept these Terms during registration before you are granted access to the Platform.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to register an account or make a booking through Ratbli.
2.2 By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep it updated.
2.3 Ratbli reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account where these conditions are not met.
3. Definitions
- “Platform” means the Ratbli mobile application and website.
- “Supplier” means any third-party provider of travel-related services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to hotels, private jet and helicopter operators, yacht charter companies, restaurants, car rental agencies, chauffeur services, and airlines.
- “Booking” means a confirmed reservation of a Supplier's service made through the Platform.
- “User” means any individual who registers for or uses the Platform.
4. Nature of Service — Ratbli as Booking Intermediary
4.1 Ratbli operates as a technology platform and booking intermediary. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment of travel-related services offered by independent third-party Suppliers. Ratbli is not a hotel operator, airline, private jet or helicopter operator, yacht charter company, restaurant, or car rental agency, and does not itself provide these services.
4.2 Each Supplier is solely responsible for the service it provides, including its quality, safety, legality, and fitness for purpose. Ratbli does not inspect, control, or guarantee the accuracy of Supplier listings beyond the information provided to us by the Supplier.
4.3 Your contract for the underlying travel service (e.g., your hotel stay, private jet charter, or restaurant reservation) is with the Supplier, not with Ratbli, except where Ratbli expressly states otherwise for a specific service.
4.4 Ratbli's role is limited to: (a) providing the technology to search, compare, and book Supplier services; (b) processing payment on the Supplier's behalf or facilitating payment to the Supplier; and (c) providing customer support to help resolve issues between Users and Suppliers.
5. Account Registration & Security
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5.2 You must notify Ratbli immediately at info@ratbli.io if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5.3 Ratbli is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
6. Booking Process & Pricing
6.1 Prices displayed on the Platform are set by Suppliers and may include a Ratbli service fee, clearly itemized before payment is completed.
6.2 All bookings are subject to availability and Supplier confirmation. A booking is not final until you receive a confirmation from Ratbli.
6.3 In the event of an obvious pricing error (including but not limited to technical, typographical, or Supplier data errors), Ratbli reserves the right to cancel the affected booking and issue a full refund, even after a booking confirmation has been issued. Ratbli will make reasonable efforts to notify the User promptly if this occurs.
6.4 Currency conversion, where applicable, is provided for convenience only. The amount charged will be in the currency and amount confirmed at checkout.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Ratbli accepts payment via Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Buy Now, Pay Later installment plans offered through one or more approved payment partners, subject to each provider's own eligibility criteria and terms. Ratbli may add, remove, or change its payment partners from time to time without amending these Terms.
7.2 Cash on Delivery is available for eligible bookings within Riyadh, subject to a SAR 500 service fee, which is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
7.3 Ratbli does not store full payment card details; payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
8.1 Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific Supplier's policy applicable to your Booking, which will be shown to you before you complete payment. Full detail is set out in Ratbli's Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8.2 Ratbli's own service fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Saudi consumer protection law.
9. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including for the purpose of making a Booking;
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its underlying systems;
- Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse Ratbli staff, other Users, or Suppliers;
- Make speculative, false, or fraudulent Bookings, including Bookings made with no genuine intention to complete the travel arrangement.
9.1 Ratbli reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any User who breaches this Clause 9, without prior notice and without liability to Ratbli.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the Platform, including the Ratbli name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Ratbli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without Ratbli's prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ratbli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any Booking made through it.
11.2 Ratbli shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, misrepresentation, or failure to perform by any Supplier, including but not limited to cancellations, service quality, safety incidents, injury, loss, or damage arising from a Supplier's service.
11.3 Where Ratbli is found liable for any claim arising from your use of the Platform, Ratbli's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Ratbli for the specific Booking giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including liability for death or personal injury caused by Ratbli's own proven negligence, or for fraud.
12. Indemnification
12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ratbli, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) your misuse of the Platform; or (d) any false information you provide.
13. Force Majeure & Extenuating Circumstances
13.1 Ratbli shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics or pandemics, government action, or Supplier insolvency.
13.2 Where a Booking is affected by such circumstances, refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the applicable Supplier's policy and Ratbli's Cancellation & Refund Policy.
14. Third-Party Links & Services
14.1 The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (including payment processors, mapping services, and Supplier systems). Ratbli is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.
15. Data Protection
15.1 Ratbli processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Termination & Suspension
16.1 Ratbli may suspend or terminate your account at its reasonable discretion, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
16.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting info@ratbli.io. Closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before closure, including in relation to active Bookings.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
17.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
18. Changes to These Terms
18.1 Ratbli may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Users through the Platform, and continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
